Fool Proof Diet

Calorie shifting diet is a fool proof diet. It provides you with sufficient flexibility and incentives so as to keep you motivated to stay on track.

17 Day Diet

- You get to create your own personalized meal plan, tailored to your own tastes.

- You get to eat food from all four food groups while on this diet.

- You are allowed to eat as much food as you desire, at each meal, until you are fully satisfied. You just need to stop eating short of well getting too full.

- You must eat four full meals every day, spaced out by a minimum of two and a half to three hours in between each. You can pick the order in which you eat the four meals each day.
