What Is The Day Off Diet?

The Day Off Diet is a new breakthrough in dieting which is quickly becoming very popular. Why is it a new breakthrough? Because it corrects the problems that other dies (in singular low calorie diets) have. Old fashioned low calorie diets slow down your metabolism which means your body goes into "starvation mode" which means your body is keeping onto it's fat for dear life while burning muscle for energy. This is why these diets fail so miserably. If you do lose weight on these types of diets it will be the wrong kind of weight. And if you keep it off, you'll have loose skin left over. More likely though, you'll just gain all of your weight back - but you'll gain it back as fat and not muscle.

Keeping The Metabolism Boosted

There's a lot of reasons The Day Off Diet is so successful but perhaps the biggest presuppose is that it keeps the metabolism boosted. It does this in two ways.

The first way is by allowing you (the dieter) to eat all of the "green light" foods that you want. You in fact can eat as much of this type of food as you want which means you'll never go hungry so you'll never go into starvation mode. Also very prominent is that these "green light" foods are the type of foods which force your body to burn fat instead of muscle.

The other way is with the built in "day off." The "day off" thought may sound like a "gimmick" to you but it's not. It's in fact a very scientific discovery which makes in fact sure that your metabolism all the time stays on high which means you'll lose weight faster while satisfying your cravings. Pretty cool, huh?
