I am 5 '11 "and currently weight 70 kg (154 pounds), but this is not always the case. At that point about 14 I did not really put any weight at all, I was about 60 kg (132 pounds), up to about the last year. I have been put on 5 kg (11 pounds) at the age of 17-18 and in recent months, changing my diet to 3,200 calories a day on another 5 kg (11 pounds) of membership . I'm 20 years old, in October. Noiw I found the right diet, I'm going to work out, I think that everyone can dressWeight, there is a limit to what you just have to find metabolisim burns, and stick to a solid diet. I generally have the formula muliplying your weight in pounds by 20 if not put on weight as the first 2 weeks, add another 200 calories until you get to the point where you weight!
