Workout Routine 12 minutes of Elliptical (Start with Level 4 Resistance for 4 minutes then increase to Level 8) Circuit Training -- 6 exercises back-to back without resting Exercise #1 -- Deep Squat (wide stance) with frontal shoulder press 15 lb. dumbbell/15 reps Exercise #2 -- Cable Row with Squat 55lbs/15 reps Exercise #3 -- Leg Extensions 75 lbs/15 reps Exercise #4 -- Situps with weighted Ball Overhead 10lbs/20 reps Exercise #5 -- Inner Thigh Squeezes in a TableTop Position with Pilates Ring 20 reps Exercise #6 -- Reverse Crunches 20 reps Going through these exercises back-to-back 3 times. Finished with 15 minutes more of Elliptical Level 8 Resistance.
